These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with The Cut & Color Room for products, services or otherwise. The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Style Cash rewards program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Style Cash at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.cutandcolorroom.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Style Cash confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Style Cash. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Style Cash under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you had been enrolled in StyleStash, this program ended 10/01/2021. All points must be redeemed before or on Feburary 28th, 2022. All non-redeemed points will be forfeit after said date.

Style Cash benefits are determined based on the dollars spent during visits to The Cut & Color Room. Points are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value.
There are currently no membership fees associated with Style Cash rewards program. Points accumulated under the program have no cash value.
Your Points, benefits, and your account under the Style Cash rewards program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to family, friends or others. You may, however, you can cash them out to purchase Gift Cards to gift to others. Points will only be awarded to one individual and not to guests of individuals.
The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Style Cash rewards program if The Cut & Color Room determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
The Cut & Color Room reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Style Cash rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
